Never been one to get wrapped up in awards, but the Schoolhouse team just won Best Overall, Best Food and Best Service In CT. Quite a feat! TONIGHT ONLY! Come celebrate as we pop corks on us and sample A. & P. De Villaine, “La Fortune,” 2016, a toothsome red Burgundy from the revered elder statesman of Burgundy, Aubert de Villaine and his (American) wife Pamela. Given that Aubert oversees the renowned Domaine de la Romanée Conti ($3,000 a bottle—if you can even find one) as his day job, this Kermit Lynch import could be considered DRC’s little sister.
